Whether it’s searching for a General Manager, Head Coach or the next player to add to her organization, you better believe Buffalo Bills Co-Owner Kim Pegula will be on the recruiting trail. Aided by her and Terry Pegula’s signature Florida yacht trips with potential suitors, the pair have made major moves since owning the Bills.
Their transparency has also shown us that Kim plays a major role in the decision-making process. As Bills’ beat writer Sal Capaccio of WGR550 explained Monday, the recent signing of veteran WR Anquan Boldin is just the latest example of her recruiting prowess:
Bills owner Kim Pegula, along with others from org, maintained recruitment of Boldin. She met WR at NFL Man of the Year award at end of 2016

You’ve already read a million reasons why the signing of Boldin, who caught 67 passes for 584 receiving yards and 8 TD’s in 2016, is going to help the team now and for the long-term. I completely agree.
But, I think it’s even cooler that Kim Pegula runs the show at times for the Bills. It’s certainly not the first example of such in the male-dominated NFL, but with only a handful of female owners in the league, it’s extremely interesting and inspiring.
And from Sal’s tweet, it sounds like the Bills organization was in hot pursuit of Boldin for some time now. The 2016 NFL Man of the Year Award Ceremony was held over six months ago and he received it a year prior for the 2015 season. Likely one of the reasons Kim was able to meet with and recruit the potential future Hall of Famer at the event.
Time will tell, but the recent signing of WR Anquan Boldin may just be Kim Pegula’s best get yet for her Buffalo Bills.
